Established in 1952, Layton’s Garage is Fort Lauderdale, FL’s oldest auto repair shop, serving South Florida and drivers throughout Broward County for more than 70 years. Our Certified ASE Master Technicians deliver full-service auto repair for most makes and models, including advanced diagnostics, check engine light diagnosis, brake, A/C, electrical and suspension repairs, wheel alignments, oil changes, scheduled maintenance, engine work and ADAS services. As a locally owned NAPA AutoCare Center, we’re known for honest diagnostics and quality workmanship done right the first time. Qualifying repairs are covered by our 3-Year/Unlimited-Mile Warranty, and we use modern diagnostic equipment on every job.

I had a great experience at Layton’s Garage. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the shop was easy to get to. Their prices were very reasonable, especially for my oil change and routine auto repairs. I also needed help diagnosing an issue with my car. After visiting three different places without success, they took the time to thoroughly evaluate it and correctly identified the problem. I really appreciated that they provided a written estimate before starting any work and kept me informed throughout the process to make sure everything was approved. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and highly recommend them!
