RE/MAX New Horizon – Sergio Bazan in Mesquite, TX

Sergio is very professional, informative, and communicates very well. He explained the process of buying a home from the beginning to the end. He took the time to gather information to understand what I was looking for in a home. He accommodated my schedule to show me the houses I was interested in buying. He informed me of any foreseen obstacles to prevent any issues. The issue that did come up, which was out of his control, he took the time to walk me through it. The process to buying the house, I now call home, took less than a month. His guidance on how to communicate with the mortgage lender was definitely valuable and contributed to closing on schedule. Thank you, Sergio!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Sergio. We did both the selling and the buying with him. He was always professional and available. Sergio made the complex and often daunting jargon of real estate crystal clear to my wife and me. We truly felt he had our back. We would recommend him 100%!

Sergio is the best in the business. Worked with him back when we invested in single family, so I had to use him when my wife and I were looking for our own home. Constant and quick communication we were able to locate, offer, and close in less than 30 days. If you’re at my review stop looking and get in contact with Sergio.

If it wasn’t for Sergio I don know how I would of purchased my house. He worked me so well and he made the process stress less and enjoyable. He is beyond professional and his knowledge well exceeds anything I could of ever ask for in a realtor. I cannot thank him enough and I feel truly blessed to have someone like him assist me in making one of the biggest purchases of my life. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thank u Sergio so much for everything you did for me and my family.

Sergio is AMAZING! He is responds quickly and is knowledgeable about the area/school ratings, etc... This is especially helpful since we’re from out of town. My favorite perk: he sends a crew to help clean the house spotless prior to moving in! Highly recommends him as your agent!
